File an application to Elyria Catholic through the student's Catholic elementary school based on the established diocesan timeline, typically in January.
The application and other necessary records are forwarded by the elementary school to Elyria Catholic in late January. An admissions committee will review the applicant's records and send a letter of acceptance, conditional acceptance, or non-acceptance to the student. This letter is sent out in February. Official correspondence comes only through the Admissions Office.
Freshmen registration is held in early March for those accepted or conditionally accepted. At this time, courses are selected by the parent and student for the upcoming school year and other pertinent information is shared by the administration and staff with the student and his / her parent.
